Sparks in the Stubble: Ministry to Emergency Service Workers in the Parish Setting This was a paper that I delivered an event called "Grace at Ground Zero" sponsored by the Atlantic District LCMS around the time of the year anniversary of the terrorist attacks on our Country. It was one of several papers delivered at the Symposium that day.
